• Over 15 years of public health government experience including managing contracts, developing budgets, and creating policies
• PTA Co-President for Deasy Elementary School
• Graduate of Columbia University Teachers College with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Public Health
• Proud daughter of Italian immigrants (Sturno and Reggio Calabria), Member of the Sons and Daughters of Italy: Loggia Glen Cove and St. Rocco’s Church
• Born and raised in Glen Cove, and recently returned with her husband Gus, a retired NYPD officer, to raise their two children in her hometown
